Privacy Policy

This policy covers two surfaces that are deliberately kept apart. This public website, talvrohealth.com, is a set of static pages with one form on it. The Talvro application, at app.talvrohealth.com, is the software our customers sign in to, and it holds information about their patients.

They run on separate infrastructure. Nothing on this website can read anything in the application.

If you submit the demo request form, we receive what you typed: your name, work email, practice name, phone number, the number of locations and approximate monthly volume you selected, and, if you filled them in, your practice-management software and message. We use it to contact you about Talvro and for nothing else.

The form asks for no patient information and you should not enter any. Submissions are stored in our own systems on AWS and are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers.

These pages carry no advertising or analytics trackers and set no cookies. Standard web server access logs are retained for a short period for operational and security purposes.

When a dental practice uses Talvro, the practice is the owner of its patients’ information and Talvro processes that information on the practice’s behalf and under its instructions. Our handling of protected health information is governed by our agreement with that practice, including a business associate agreement.

If you are a patient of a practice that uses Talvro and you want to know what information is held about you, or to correct or remove it, please contact your dental practice — they hold the relationship and the record, and we act on their instruction.

Production runs in a private network on AWS. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every person at a practice signs in as themselves, access is limited by role and by location, and access to patient information is recorded in an append-only audit log.

Talvro staff access to a practice’s data is deliberate and recorded rather than standing.

Demo requests are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we will delete yours on request. Customer data is retained for the term of that customer’s agreement and handled at the end of it in the way that agreement sets out.
