These terms govern use of this website. Use of the Talvro application by a dental practice is governed by the written services agreement between Talvro and that practice; where the two differ, that agreement controls.

Talvro helps a practice organise and check information it already has or can retrieve. It does not provide medical, dental, legal, or billing advice, and it does not decide what a payer will pay.

An estimate produced in Talvro is an estimate. Talvro does not guarantee that an insurer will pay any amount, that coverage is in force, or that an authorization will be approved. Where information is uncertain or missing, Talvro is designed to say so rather than supply a figure — and a practice remains responsible for what it tells a patient.

Details of the Founding Practice Program described on this site, including what onboarding covers and how long a pilot runs, are a description of the programme and not themselves a contract. Commercial terms are agreed in writing with each practice and that written agreement is what governs.

There is no obligation to continue after a pilot ends.

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or to the Talvro application, interfere with their operation, or submit information through the demo form that belongs to someone else — including patient information, which this form must never be used to send.

This website is provided as it is. We may change or withdraw pages, and we may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
